    from someone who currently lives in phoenix where the weathermen are proudly saying that it’s 10 degrees above normal, you’ll need the shorts. haha.

    Ahhh, Arizona! I was there around this time of the month last year and it was fabulous. You’re definitely going to need those shorts – although, to warn you, it got a bit chilly in a skirt and halter top when the sun hid behind the clouds and a breeze picked up, so I’d recommend keeping a very light jacket with you just in case. :)
