First Thanksgiving Away

This year marked my first Thanksgiving that was not spent at home with my family.  I was working.  I wish I could have been home.  I want one of those jobs where the office is always closed on holidays.

    Aw, Emma. It was my first Thanksgiving away too, and I also reeeally wanted to be home. Are you at least taking some time off to go home for Christmas?

    I would LOVE to have a job that wasn’t open on the holidays. Sorry you didn’t get to see the fam. :(

    I hope it was OK, despite work. I worked on Thanksgiving, too, and I dream of having a job where I can be home with my family on the holidays, too.
